Product Description

Chitosan Acetate

Common chitosan is insoluble in water and organic solvents. It can only be dissolved in some dilute inorganic acids and organic acids, which limits its application to a great extent.
Chitosan acetate improves the solubility of chitosan, and maintains the polymer properties of chitosan, which makes its application more convenient and more extensive.


Carboxymethyl Chitosan

Carboxymethyl chitosan is an important derivative of chitosan. Compared with chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan has the advantages of being able to dissolve in neutral and weakly alkaline environment and has stable properties.

High density chitosan

High density chitosan, also known as high density chitin, has a higher packing density than conventional chitosan and is suitable for application in the field of health food.
Generally speaking, the packing density of powdered chitosan is usually 0.15-0.30g/ml, which is relatively low. The weight of filling chitosan is low for capsules of the same volume.
Our company adopts mature technology and process means, according to the needs of customers, can produce 0.3-0.5g/ml of medium density chitosan, and 0.5-0.7g/ml of high density chitosan, to meet the health products and other industries of capsule filling or tablet requirements.
The density of high-density chitosan is 2-3 times that of conventional chitosan, and its adsorption capacity of oil is more than 3 times that of conventional chitosan at the same volume. Generally, only 1 capsule is used each time, which can quickly dissolve under the condition of stomach acid in a short time, and absorb a large number of oil, cholesterol and chloride ions. Flocculation is produced in the alkaline environment of intestinal tract and is directly discharged from the body.
