The raw material of food grade chitosan oligosaccharides is food grade chitosan, and its production technology and processing environment are in accordance with food grade standards.

Food grade chitosan oligosaccharide, also known as chitosan oligosaccharide and oligosaccharide, is an oligosaccharide product with polymerization degree between 2 and 20, molecular weight ≤3200Da, which is a low molecular weight product with good water solubility, great function and high biological activity, which is degraded by special biological enzyme technology (chemical degradation and microwave degradation technology are also reported). It has a higher solubility than chitosan, completely soluble in water, easy to be absorbed by organisms and many other unique functions, its effect is 14 times that of chitosan. Food grade chito-oligosaccharides are cationic alkaline amino oligosaccharides with positive charge in nature and are animal cellulose.
